Warranties
Our Extended Service Plans provide and additional warranty after the manufacturers'

Repair Policy
Most products sold by CameraCanada come with a manufacturer's warranty. If you purchased a product
and find it defective within the warranty period, it will need repair services provided by the
manufacturer. This assumes that the problem relates to a "manufacturer defect" and not accidental
damage through impact or exposure to water. Manufacturers offer repair services to help customers
deal with product related issues within the warranty period as well as outside of the warranty
period. The manufacturer will assess the issue and determine all repair costs including shipping
and estimate costs.
Manufacturers offer product repairs under warranty as long as there is a proof of purchase from an
authorized seller such as Camera Canada. Use your CameraCanada receipt as proof of purchase and
send your product directly to the manufacturer for repair work. If you need a copy of the proof
of purchase, contact CameraCanada and we will be happy to send it to you.

Pricing Policy
We will almost always* match a competitor's price on any IN STOCK item that is not
end-of-line.
This 'in stock' policy is to combat the many stores that entice customers to shop at
their store by offering ridiculous pricing on an item
that is available in limited quantities and in some cases, these stores do not even
have the item, at all. (Anyone can offer a fantastic,
below cost price on an item they really don't have because they never have to
actually 'stock or sell' the product).
We will offer a refund if you ever find the exact same item at a lower price
(Canadian product in a Canadian store) within 7 days of making
your purchase. We need notification in writing and any supporting documentation via
e-mail or Canada Post mail. This is more than fair and
allows our customers to shop knowing that they are receiving a fair price.
Whatever the situation - if you have seen an item cheaper at our competitor or if
you feel that we have priced something too high, tell
us and we'll do our utmost to rectify the problem. Camera Canada wants to keep our
customers happy and satisfied.

Back Order Pricing
Please note that prices on back-ordered items are only guaranteed for 30 days from the order date. If the
product takes longer than 30 days to become available, and the manufacturer increases the price during that
period, the customer will be notified of the change and can decide if they wish to maintain the order.
This may include price changes due to factors such as
increased manufacturing costs, shipping fees, or tariffs. For example, if a new
tariff is imposed on a foreign country affecting the
manufacturer, the resulting increase in costs may lead to a price adjustment.
