Camera Canada offers a conditional* 30-day Refund/Exchange policy for most products.
Exceptions & Conditions
- No refunds or exchanges on audio equipment including microphones, headphones or ear buds.
- No refunds or exchanges on Special Order Items, memory cards and software.
- No refunds or exchanges on any printer if the ink has been installed.
- No refunds or exchanges on Drones, Action or Underwater Cameras and gimbals.
- No refunds or exchanges on DJI products. DJI handles all DOA and service issues directly. For more information visit: dji.com/support/product
- No refunds or exchanges on clearance, open box, or used products.
Additional Information
Please contact us prior to shipping Return/Exchange Products. All products for return and exchange must be assigned a Product Return Number and must include a copy of the invoice. They must be shipped prepaid with full insurance. Credit card refunds will be processed upon receipt and examination of the Returned Product and original credit card fees may be deducted from the refund amount.
CameraCanada is NOT responsible for any consequential or incidental damages resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise purchased from us.
All items for exchange or refund must be returned in "like-new" condition, complete with all manuals, packaging materials, non-completed warranty card and any related manufacturer's accessory. Any product returned incomplete or showing signs of wear (both packaging and product) will either be refused or the refund amount will be reduced accordingly. Returned items need to in 100% perfect condition.
CameraCanada will confirm the product being returned is the EXACT product purchased originally using serial number verification.
Any credit card fees or shipping and handling charges may be withheld for all refunds except if the return is necessitated by our error.
Your shipment should be checked upon receipt. Any shortage or damage should be reported immediately and no later than 7 days from receipt. Defective products will be replaced with a like item, upon return of the defective merchandise.
All returned products are tested by CameraCanada and CameraCanada has the right to refuse, or apply a restocking fee, for returns that are sent back as "defective product" but actually function properly.
Refunds issued for products purchased using
financing are subject to a 5% processing fee which will be applied to the refunded amount.
We offer an extended return policy for the holidays. Any items purchased after November 26th can be returned before January 15th. All normal restrictions and conditions apply.
Camera Canada reserves the right to refuse any returns.
