Camera Canada is a fully authorized Tamron Canada dealer. Tamron Americas will not repair any product that is not an officially imported product and sold through an authorized Tamron Canada dealer. In other words, there will be no authorized repair service under any circumstance (warranty nor paid) for gray market products. In such a case, the user must return the product to the dealer at which it was purchased for unauthorized repair service. Tamron lenses require proprietary calibration equipment to properly be serviced; this equipment is not sold nor provided to any third-party service centers.
